1) An established design and manufacturing company wanted to outsource some of its manufacturing base, so that they could concentrate more on designing (their core function) and manufacturing of new components. We took on all the responsibility of sourcing the components from India and delivering them to the door.

2) An engineering company in the West Midlands needed to manufacture the components at a much lower cost to survive the competition. The primary consideration was the cost .We helped them with reengineering the component to save cost. Furthermore we had them produced from manufacturers in India  and were successful in beating the cost from China. We are now successfully managing the supply chain for this client in India.
